Ryne-Wood Builders, Inc., a30-year-old companybased inYorktown, Ind., has been a builder and developer in the construction business since 1976. In its early stages, Ryne-Wood teamed up with four partners and developed and constructed apartment buildings on the northwest side of Muncie, Ind. As a partial owner and operator of the 28-unit complex, they sold their segment of the franchise in the mid-90s.
After being officially formed and incorporated into the State of Indiana in 1982, Ryne-Wood focused on single family homes throughout Delaware County. Our team of contractors was the first to erect a large custom model home for the Parade of Homes in Delaware County. The success from this project led to numerous custom-built home jobs for individuals in the area. Over the past 30 years, Ryne-Wood hasconstructed over 50 custom-built homes in the area.
Today, Ryne-Wood has advanced into commercial construction building while maintaining business in the upscale custom home market. We take pride in working alongside our clients throughout the entire building process, including all amenities from design work to final completion of projects.
